Motorola Defy Rugged Android Smartphone

Motorola is actually delivering to European countries marketplace its new Defy, a rugged Android smartphone that's waterproof, dustproof and scratch proof meeting the IP67 regular. It gets a 3. 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display made from Corning Gorilla Glass.

The new Defy is powered with a 800MHz OMAP 3610 nick with 512MB of MEMORY and runs Android two. 1 with MOTOBLUR USER INTERFACE. It sports a 5 Megapixel autofocus digital camera with LED flash, CrystalTalk PLUS dual-mic sound reduction, aGPS/GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi 802. 11b/g/n and DLNA assistance. The phone has 2GB inner storage and supports microSD/SDHC storage cards.

The Motorola Defy facilitates WCDMA/HSDPA 900/2100 and quad-band GSM/EDGE systems. It will be launched in fourth quarter.
