Motorola brings new life to the RAZR line, the introduction of ultra-thin RAZR DROID Android smartphone. The new RAZR features a lightweight form factor and slim, sculpted face with a beautiful diamond crystal cut aluminum accents. According to Motorola, all parts of the RAZR DROID is protected by a protective coating spray - even inside electrical panels. The phone measures just 7.1 mm and weighs 127g.
The Motorola RAZR is powered DROID aa dual core processor at 1.2 GHz with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB ROM. There is also a 16GB microSD card preinstalled. The phone comes with a 4.3-inch 540 × 960 AMOLED touchscreen Super Advanced Kevlar fiber and Corning Gorilla Glass to help display from scratches and scrapes, an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash, front camera 1.3 Megapixel, Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi connectivity and 802.11b/g/n. In addition to GPS / aGPS, the RAZR also supports GLONASS.
The ultra-slim Android phone also offers support for DLNA and HDMI output. Its 1780mAh battery provides up to 12.5 hours of talk time. The RAZR DROID running Android OS 2.3.5 Gingerbread. While the RAZR DROID supports CDMA800, CDMA1900, LTE B13 700, Motorola also will release the new RAZR in Europe and Asia market, quad0band support GSM / EDGE and quad-band networks WCDMA / HSDPA.
